Amanda received her M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England, located in picturesque Keene, New Hampshire. Amanda has worked in a variety settings, from community mental health, to public and alternative high schools. These experiences have helped shaped her practice to be one of mind-body connection and experiential work. She believes in meeting clients where they are at, and tailoring an individual experience. Amanda has worked with clients who have Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, executive function difficulties, and sensory integration difficulties. In her free time, Amanda likes to practice what she preaches, and spends time regulating through the use of nature and physical activity.
